This mixed use development includes two high-rise and two mid rise buildings in a developable area of just under 70,000 sqm. With the first five percent of the development set aside as affordable housing and 70 homes dedicated to social housing, this development puts community as its centerpiece. The project makes allocations for mixed commercial use, residential and student accommodation.
