Located less than 10 kilometres from Sydney's CBD, NEXTDC S3 provides businesses with highly secure native access to the leading public and private cloud platforms. With 20,000m2 of IT space available to organisations, this project supports a wide variety of workloads and data requirements. With direct interconnectivity between NEXTDC S2 and NEXTDC S1, NEXTDC S3 forms its own network-rich ecosystem.

Zancon were engaged by the Developer to prepare an overall development programme based on different scheme and staging options, as well as analyse and challenge the ECI phase Contractors programme to achieve a best for project outcome.
