Pitt Street Metro

One of 6 new stations to be completed as part of the Sydney Metro Project, Pitt Street Metro will provide access to Sydney's CBD. The project will include the development of a 39 story office building, 1290 sq metres of retail, and 234 apartments.

Zancon was engaged by the Developer to provide schedule risk analysis of the Station Contractors construction works.
