One Darling Point is a 17-storey project at the corner of New South Head and Darling Point roads, delivering 41 high-end apartments, 18 affordable homes and nearly 1750 square meters of commercial and retail across a four-level podium.

Zancon is proud to be associated with such an iconic residential development, providing our client with independent programme peer reviews and reports including scheduled health checks, scope gap analysis, construction methodology vs programme analysis and duration and risks and opportunity analysis to assist with the smooth development of this project.
