Zancon were engaged by the Developer to carry out early buildability analysis, construction planning, development programming, tender contractor programmes analysis, contract programme analysis, ongoing programme analysis, monthly reporting using power-bi dashboards and EOT claims analysis. Our involvement through all phases of the project has given the Developer clarity at all stages of the development regarding forecast completion, programme risks and opportunities and timing requirements for key decisions.
