Zancon is pleased to be supporting the Galleria Shopping Centre Expansion in Perth, where we are engaged by Vicinity in a programming capacity.
This circa $240 million redevelopment will transform Galleria into a modern retail, dining and entertainment destination for Perth’s north-east, with construction currently underway and completion targeted for late 2026.
The project includes a full revitalisation of the existing fashion and lifestyle malls, introducing nearly 100 new retail tenancies, alongside a new indoor-outdoor dining and entertainment precinct known as The Terrace. A new cinema experience, upgraded Centre Court, and enhanced customer amenities will further reposition the centre as a key community destination.
Importantly, the centre remains operational throughout construction, requiring careful staging, sequencing, and interface management to minimise disruption to tenants and the public.
Zancon’s role focuses on establishing and managing a clear, integrated programme that supports this complex live-environment delivery. Working closely with Vicinity and the broader project team, we are aligning staging strategies, key interfaces, and delivery pathways to ensure a practical and achievable outcome.
With a strong emphasis on programme clarity and proactive risk management, we are supporting informed decision-making and maintaining momentum as this landmark redevelopment progresses.
