Brisbane Athletes Village

The Brisbane Athlete Village (BAV) represents one of Queensland’s most significant legacy developments—transforming the historic Brisbane Showgrounds into a vibrant, connected urban village that celebrates both its rural heritage and global future. The project will accommodate over 10,000 athletes during the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, before transitioning into a mixed-use residential precinct that will provide long-term housing, community, and economic benefits for Brisbane.
