Zancon is proud to be supporting the delivery of the AIS Podium Project in Canberra, where we are engaged by the Federal Government to provide specialist programming services.
The project is a once-in-a-generation, circa $250 million redevelopment of the Australian Institute of Sport campus - the most significant upgrade to the site in over four decades - aimed at supporting athletes in the lead-up to Brisbane 2032 and beyond.
Works include the delivery of three new world-class high-performance facilities: a state-of-the-art Testing and Training Centre, a 24/7 indoor Sports Dome and a new fully accessible Athletes’ Village accommodating up to 200 residents.
Our role is focused on developing and managing a robust, integrated programme that supports informed decision-making and drives alignment across all stakeholders. Working closely with the project team, we are ensuring that key milestones, staging and delivery strategies are clearly defined and achievable within a live operational environment.
As the project progresses, our emphasis remains on maintaining programme integrity, proactively identifying risks and implementing practical solutions to support successful delivery.
