This project involves:

- Adaptive re-use of the existing tower, that will be retained and complimented by a new 11-storey podium, with large floorplates. This will add a further 8,600 sqm of A-grade office space, increasing the gross floor area.
- Landscaped urban roof terrace, state-of-the-art arrival, end-of-trip and wellness experiences supported by a transformed southern courtyard, which will provide direct access to Museum station.
- Industry-leading sustainability targets for the new podium, including a high-performance façade featuring solar photovoltaic (PV) panels offering sun shading and on-site power generation.
- Revitalised ground floor with approximately 900 sqm of new retail to activate Castlereagh and Park streets.

Zancon was engaged by the Contractor to provide on-site construction planning and programming services for the project in construction, including monthly contract programme reporting.
