The Western Sydney Airport project is planned to be a 23-kilometre new railway, linking upcoming new residential and commercial areas with the new Aerotropolis and connecting travellers from the new airport to the rest of Sydney’s public transport system.

Zancon were engaged by the winning Contractor to provide tender phase construction planning and programming services as well as establishment of the contract programme, establishment of programme statusing/analytics/reporting process, and ongoing pre-construction phase programming services.
