The Castle Hill Towers Shopping centre redevelopment continues its momentum to provide best-in class integrated shopping, commercial and transport integrations.

Zancon were engaged by the Developer to carry out monthly reporting and EOT claims analysis of the most recently completed rail tunnel connection project. Zancon has since been engaged by the Developer to provide further future development schemes constructibility and programme analysis including, Tenancy Impact Analysis, Staging documentation preparation, development programme and development programme contingency analysis.
