The redevelopment of The Sydney Fish Market transforms an aging icon into a modern multi purpose centre. Including 21 hectares of water in Blackwattle Bay, the site incorporates a green renewal project that aims to help The Sydney Fish Market reach Net Zero by 2024. As part of this ambitious project, this mixed use development includes community space, food and dining space as well as space for stallholders.

Zancon are engaged by the developer to carry out development programming, independant contract programme status analysis, monthly reporting using power-bi dashboards and EOT claims analysis. Our engagement provides the NSW Government clarity on forecast retail trading dates, risks and key decision making timing requirements.
