Zancon has been providing independent programming and project controls advisory services on The Landmark Quarter from commencement to the present, delivering ongoing schedule analysis, risk assessment and delivery reporting to support the project team's decision-making throughout construction.
Located in St Leonards, on Sydney's Lower North Shore, The Landmark Quarter is a premium residential development comprising three sculptural towers inspired by the natural curves of Sydney Harbour.
Over the past 16 months, the project has risen out of the ground, with the structures of all three residential towers now either topped out or rapidly approaching completion. Façade works are progressing across each tower behind climbing screens, with fitout advancing closely behind. At basement level, key plant spaces are currently underway, positioning building services to be energised ahead of the completion of the apartment levels above.
Throughout delivery, the project has successfully navigated a number of complexities, including significant weather impacts and overseas material delays. With strong collaboration across the project team, The Landmark Quarter continues to build momentum as it moves toward delivering a landmark residential precinct in the heart of St Leonards.
