The project enhances the existing pedestrian infrastructure and makes a range of improvements to the public domain. Zancon were engaged by the Developer to prepare analyse the tender consortium's development programme based on different scheme options, as well as analyse and challenge the Contractors contract programme to achieve a best-for-project outcome.
