This 42 story development consists of 58,000 square metres of high-tech, premium space for office and retail use and a vibrant laneway that provides the community and business with a range of amenities and conveniences. The project enhances the existing pedestrian infrastructure and makes a range of improvements to the public domain. With the inclusion of open community space and end of trip facilities, this project puts environmental quality and worker wellbeing at its heart.

Zancon were engaged by the Developer to prepare analyse the tender consortium's development programme based on different scheme options, as well as analyse and challenge the Contractors contract programme to achieve a best-for-project outcome.
