Soaring 28 storeys high with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, Aura by Aqualand is a landmark $1B mixed-use development featuring 386 luxury residences. Set above a lushly landscaped community precinct, the project also includes a two-storey curated food and beverage podium, creating a vibrant urban destination.

Zancon was engaged to provide ongoing project statusing and reporting on a monthly basis. Our scope involved regular coordination with the developer to capture project progress, preparation of the status contract program and development of detailed Status Memos—each month reflected in an updated Status Target program.
