The 50 Quay Street Build-to-Rent development will deliver two residential towers above a shared podium in Brisbane’s inner city. The project comprises approximately 475 apartments supported by retail, resident amenities, and landscaped communal spaces. Rising to around 37 storeys, the twin-tower scheme optimises a compact riverfront site through staged delivery and efficient structural integration.
Proposed near the Brisbane Showgrounds the build includes multi-tower coordination, podium integration, constrained inner-city logistics, and a sustainability-led design approach. The development reflects Brisbane’s emerging model for high-density, community-focused living ahead of the 2032 Olympic Games. We are looking forward to seeing this project come to life.
