As another year passes by, Zancon would like to take a moment to appreciate our team, our partners and our clients for making it a great one. 

This year brought with it new projects and engagements, as well as new team members and company events. There’s nothing like a good recap, so here’s a look at our key highlights from 2025!

#### Projects with Positive Impact

From heritage-listed residential refurbishments to advanced research centres, our team has worked across a diverse range of projects this year, delivering tailored planning solutions that drive success. Each project challenged us to innovate and collaborate, and we’re proud of the outcomes we have achieved.

#### Growing Talent

This year we welcomed Jean-Michel and Danya to Zancon. Their knowledge and experience have strengthened our capabilities and enriched our team culture

We have also celebrated key promotions within the team. Claudio Orellana is now our National Director, Cliff Tyler has stepped into the role of Director and Rohit Chourasia has become Associate Director.

We congratulate Claudio, Cliff and Rohit on their well-deserved achievements!

#### Delivering Insights and Expertise

Advising and sharing knowledge has always been at the heart of what we do.

This year we continued our video series, 5 Minutes with a Zancon Expert. #### Cultivating Team Connections

Although 2025 was busy with lots of work, it was also filled with fun and celebration! Our teams all enjoyed an array of team bonding events to come together and connect, unwind and celebrate our collective achievements over the past year.
